Last minute changes to your event? How do you let your attendees know to take a different route or risk missing their session? It’s simple with OrderWhizz.
We know last minute changes to big events with specific timings can be a pain to manage so we’ve made it easy to communicate with anyone who pre-orders on OrderWhizz, whether to buy spectator tickets, enter competitions or even order coffee!
Anyone who uses OrderWhizz for a specific event is asked for their email address. Once received, they are sent an email with their ticket details on it and a request to check emails on the day for any change of plan.
In the OrderWhizz Admin dashboard, all you have to do is select the relevant event and click the ‘Copy Emails’ button. This immediately gives you a list view of all of the attendees and their email addresses in your clipboard, which can be pasted directly into an email that you can send as a mass communication, helping alert everyone to any changes in one fell swoop!
