Pay on the day with OrderWhizz

OrderWhizz is great for handling all your pre-booking for events and competitions but what about people who turn up last minute or didn’t get round to pre-booking?

The last thing you want is to have to sell tickets on the door when an event is about to start or is already in full swing. But now you can point people in our direction!

We now have a poster template to display on the day; simply fill in your event details and you’re good to go. All you have to do then is print one or two out and display them prominently at your event.

How does it work?

We generate a unique QR code for the event that goes on the poster. Scanning it takes people straight to your event page in seconds – the same one you use for pre-booking – to buy a ticket there and then. Then all you have to do is check the ticket displayed on their phone. No queuing for them, no transaction admin for you. Easy!

And if they don’t have a QR scanner on their phone, there’s also a unique short code for each event that they can simply type into their phone instead. Then the process is the same as with the QR code – quick and easy access to a ticket.

Worried about not having enough tickets for on the day sales? In the same way that you might hold back tickets for walk up sales on the day, you simply allow for a few extra tickets that can be bought online on the day.
