Turbo-charge your time trial take up - the hassle free way!

As well as all the usual great benefits OrderWhizz offers, there is now added support for swimming clubs offering time trials at their open meets.

Many clubs don’t offer time trials due to the admin burden in the run up to and on the day of the meet. The process of managing a waiting list of those who wish to do a time trial, informing them that they have been accepted, chasing the payment for this and ensuring the swimmer is aware they are in the race is very time consuming. Open meets are busy enough and this effort puts clubs off offering time trials.

So we have come up with a solution which allows you to make all of this available online during the week leading up to the meet taking all the admin hassle away.

Using our time trial feature you can replace withdrawals received in the run up to the meet with time trials and therefore create additional revenue for the club.

Sally-Anne from Kingston Royals said “Using the new feature we made over 60% more revenue from time trials than we had previously but the main benefit was time saved on the two days of the meet. 80% of the time trials were sold prior to the Saturday and this meant we were not spending loads of time communicating with the parents on the waitlist and handling payments. It helped make the meet much smoother.”

As well as the time saved and revenue generated, time trials booked and paid for online in the days leading up to the meet are guaranteed swims which means you can publish an updated list of accepted entries on the Friday night. Parents don’t then need to check with the meet organisers if their child has been accepted for their time trial(s) as they can find this information easily and quickly online.

How does it work? OrderWhizz allows the specific capture of the necessary information fields needed so the swimmer can be easily entered into the meet program.
